Medical cannabis, which can be grown in open ground, yields around $30-40 thousand per hectare.
Technical, industrial hemp, last year, in Ukraine, taking into account the war and all the difficulties, brought farmers $2,620 per 1 hectare.
In Kazakhstan, the average wheat yield according to the Ministry of Agriculture is 15.1 c/ha. In reality, it is much less. But let's say even 20 c/ha. That's only 2 tons of grain. $250.
Nice photos, but it's too early for us yet. Firstly - we haven't even learned how to elect a chairman of a condominium owners' association (former housing office), secondly - the Soviet mentality will not give peace to many minds. And yes, the state stubbornly does not want there to be more wealthy citizens.
