Why the T500 Was Chosen

Rostselmash decided to localize the production of this particular model after studying the requests of Kazakh farmers. The T500 combine is designed for farms operating under high-yield conditions, where harvesting speed and minimal grain loss are especially important.

The machine is equipped with a reinforced threshing system and features high throughput capacity, allowing it to work efficiently on large tracts of wheat, barley, flax, and other crops. According to the manufacturer, it is these characteristics that make the model in demand in the country's grain-growing regions.

Production is Being Set Up at Kazrost Engineering

The T500 is being produced at the Kazrost Engineering plant, which has been assembling VECTOR 410 and ACROS 550 combines since 2013. To launch the new model, the plant's specialists underwent additional training, including an internship at the company's head enterprise in Rostov-on-Don.

According to the company, all localization obligations stipulated by the industrial assembly agreement have already been fulfilled. The Kazakh plant manufactures the upper structure of the grain tank, the feeder house, the straw chopper, the chaff spreader, the drive axle, elevators, and a number of other structural elements.

Farmers Have Already Tested the New Machine

Agricultural producers in the North Kazakhstan region, who are already using the T500, note the high performance of the equipment.

According to Islyam Marzhakupov, head of the company "Bolashak Tabys," the combine performed well during the harvesting of lentils, flax, barley, and wheat, and its productivity turned out to be approximately one and a half times higher than that of previously used machinery. The farmer also specifically noted its low fuel consumption.

A positive assessment of the model was also given by Sergey Golovkin, head of the company "Golovkin i K." According to him, when harvesting oilseed crops, the T500 demonstrated stable operation, good maneuverability, and minimal crop loss.

Focus on Long-Term Presence

Service infrastructure has been prepared in advance for the new model. The spare parts nomenclature for the T500 exceeds 400 items, and service centers are ready to perform a full range of technical maintenance.

The expansion of the machinery line produced in Kazakhstan is a continuation of the cooperation between Rostselmash, Kazrost Engineering, and the Kazakhstan Agro Innovation Corporation, which has been ongoing for over ten years.
